Dan the Man is gone:(

It was shocking as I sat at home and watched Indy race cars on lap 10 traveling at 220 mph, crash on turn two at Las Vegas speedway, it was horrific to watch as you see 15 cars in flames and torn to pieces, the race then came to a stop as track staff clean up the mess and the doctors figure out injuries, as the racers were in concern, unfortunately two hours later and the Indy race car CEO Randy Bernard announced that Dan Wheldon #77 did not make it and has passed away, it was a sad day for a championship race, Dario Franchitti taking home the championship well not take it celebration as he lost his childhood friend. Fifty K family sends out our love to Dan Wheldon and his Family.

Kenseth outruns Busch, the 48 not so lucky.

 Yesterday was the Bank of Americas 500 at Charlotte Speedway, and Matt Kenseth put himself in the spot light after overtaking Kyle Busch in pit stop strategies, the win put Kenseth in 3^rd  for the chase for the Sprint Cup. Good Job Matt Kenseth, now time to pop them bottles.

As for Jimmie Johnson, for being the winner of last weeks race and 5 time champion , struggles with staying in the race by ending it with a crash with 18 laps left in the race, the crash will cause him to lose 5 spots in the chase as he is now 8^th, but in Jimmie Johnsons eyes he sees fixing the problem and moving on to the next race
