In the picture above Bakersfield, CA , graffti artist NISE (NICE), AKA Mr. Nise Guy , switching up his style, to hittin freeway and busy street walls, Nise puts it down with his new STEPS drawing "different mindsets"..Always remember Graffiti is an ART, it can be used as vandalism but hey what else are they going to paint huge pieces on.
